Job Description: Deputy Manager/Manager - Talent Acquisition (Executive & Leadership Hiring)

About the Team: Talent Acquisition- Leadership Hiring
The talent acquisition team is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing top talent for various businesses within Paytm.
About the Role: We are looking for a Manager to handle Executive and Leadership hiring as an individual contributor. You will be responsible for creating sourcing strategies and executing the end to end recruitment process from identifying to hiring senior leaders for different roles across Paytm
Expectations/Requirements:
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, be hands-on to ensure delivery timelines are met
Explain the hiring process for senior roles to leaders, share information about the job market, and set expectations for how teams need to help
Improve the hiring process with a focus on making it more refined, organized, and focused on providing a great experience for everyone involved in leadership hiring
Create and share reports on key hiring goals and manage dashboards for executive hiring
Create an excellent experience for executive candidates and their references, meeting key internal goals and keeping things private
Create and present detailed reports on key hiring goals and manage dashboards for executive hiring
Skills required:
6-10 years of experience in hiring, with a strong focus on executive and leadership roles, ideally in a fast-paced Finance or FinTech company
Ability to identify leadership profiles against the role specs, and be hands on at using social media and job boards.
Should be a champion in talent scouting and well-versed with LinkedIn Boolean search, Google X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
Experience with tools for finding and marketing jobs, and ideally with any HR system for executive candidates
Proven expertise in full-cycle executive recruiting (end to end), strategic global sourcing for leadership roles, and building the company's image for executives.
Know different ways to select executives, including assessments and working with executive search firms.
Experience with advanced tools for finding and marketing jobs, and strong skills with HR systems for executive candidates.
Education
Graduation in any discipline; MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
