- This is a people management role.

- He/ She will be responsible to build & train the team and drive the team for the assigned Region.

- Ensure the motivation levels in the team and keep the team engaged for the long run.

- Make sure to be on the field with the team and lead it from the front for handling merchants complaints day to day basis.

- Ensure closure of complaints within given TAT.
