The Business Unit Growth Manager is responsible for driving overall growth activities within the Paytm Payments Bank Wallet Business Unit. This role focuses on enhancing portfolio numbers, improving wallet penetration, and increasing the registration and usage of digital channels through various campaigns. The role also involves streamlining products and processes, improving ROI, and achieving Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.

 

·         Growth Initiatives: Lead and execute growth strategies to drive business unit expansion.

·         Portfolio Management: Enhance portfolio performance by increasing wallet penetration and usage.

·         Campaign Management: Develop and implement campaigns to boost registration and usage of digital channels.

·         Product and Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining products and processes to enhance efficiency.

·         ROI Enhancement: Optimize campaigns and initiatives to improve Return on Investment (ROI).

·         AOP Targets: Achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets set for the year.
