We are present across large enterprises and startups including well known unicorns alike. We strive to take payments beyond an enabler and an instrument to drive revenue and user growth for our merchants. Online Payment Gateway is Paytm’s B2B Business regulated by RBI as it allows only authorized entities to conduct PA PG (Payment Aggregator Payment Gateway) business. This business is responsible for growing the penetration of Paytm’s PA PG business in the Indian merchants.

This team is responsible for growing the penetration of Paytm’s PA PG business in the Indian merchants.
About the role: The incumbent will be working as a KAM for the BFSI vertical of online payments Business.
Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Servicing the existing accounts as per the TAT
2. Competition analysis and increasing our business share in existing accounts
3. Grow existing accounts by cross selling and up selling (Farming)
4. Client Presentations & Product Demonstrations
5. Achieve the AOP targets
6. Coordinate with different internal teams for client onboarding, integration and servicing
7. Escalate/highlight any roadblocks
8. Maintain Account Management hygiene in terms of meetings, Monthly Reviews and QBRs.
9. Acquiring new merchants and support complete onboarding journey
10. Cross-sell other products like Paytm Ads, Paytm First Memberships, Insurance etc.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1.Experience Level: 4-8 Years
2.Current Location: Mumbai
3.Prior experience in payment business is a must
4.Prior experience of selling SaaS/Software Solution/Software Services is mandatory
5.Willing to travel locally and within the country
