As a SDR Representative at PayU, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, playing a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential customers. Your main goal will be to prospect, qualify, and generate high-quality meetings for our hunters, ensuring a strong sales pipeline. This role requires a hands-on, commercial mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with international prospects.

What You Will Do:

    • Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels).
    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for PayU’s solutions.
    • Schedule and coordinate high-value meetings for the sales team (hunters).
    • Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to track and manage leads efficiently.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.
    • Continuously analyze and improve prospecting techniques based on data and feedback.

What You Need To Succeed:

    • 2+ years of experience in an SDR, business development, or inside sales role.
    • Native or fluent Polish language skills
    • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) to engage with international prospects.
    • Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
    • Hands-on, results-driven, and highly motivated to exceed targets.
    • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to adapt quickly, think strategically, and thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
