You’ll act as both an advisor and trusted partner, staying attuned to evolving business trends and market insights. Your expertise and data-driven approach will guide you as you navigate a variety of recruiting challenges, from leadership to specialist roles.
Your projects will span multiple geographies, cultures, and levels of seniority, requiring you to be an experienced, open-minded recruiter who can source talent effectively, manage expectations, and foster meaningful interactions with candidates throughout the entire process.

What are we looking for?
- 5+ of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within product or fintech industries.
- A strong interest in data-driven decision making and how analytics can improve talent acquisition.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Proven success in sourcing top talent, market research, offering negotiations, and influencing decision-makers.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and keen awareness of current market trends.
- Ability to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies focused on candidate experience, diversity, and inclusion.
- Results-oriented, detail-focused, approachable, and capable of managing competing demands with ease.
- A genuine sense of ownership and pride in your contributions, understanding their impact on the organization’s success.
- Critical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills—both written and spoken in English and Polish.
What will you be doing?
- Recruiting a diverse range of roles from specialists to leadership across all departments.
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting creation to offer negotiation.
- Prioritizing and closing searches effectively within designated timelines, leveraging benchmarks and metrics to measure success.
- Building strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand their needs and deliver outstanding talent.
- Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey by providing timely communication and feedback.
- Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners to support the demands of our growing organization.
