About the role
- As a Senior BI Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing advanced and automated reporting, analytics, dashboards and other business intelligence solutions.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics).
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Expertise in SQL.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
What you will do
- Providing analytical solutions supporting business operations.
- Project management related to data, working in cross-functional and cross-country team to deliver best class BI/Reporting/Analysis solutions.
- Developing and maintaining reports/dashboards in Tableau.
- Strong cooperation with Data Engineers by providing requirements and support during development (testing, verifying if delivered productis are aligned with expectations).
- Ensure data quality and build credibility in delivered information.
- Cooperation with Data Engineers in developing Data Warehouse.
- Drive BI and reporting best-practices and a standard way of working within the area.
