About the role

    • As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst , you will be part of the Global Compensation & Benefits team. You'll manage and optimize compensation structures and benefit programs across Latam . You’ll partner closely with both local and global HR teams and business leaders to ensure our total rewards strategy supports growth, compliance, and employee satisfaction across the region.

What you will do

    • Be part of a team who design, analyze, and administer regionally aligned compensation packages—including base pay, variable pay, allowances, and benefits for the region.
    • Handle day-to-day C&B initiatives, projects, and processes in the region
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analyses to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
    • Support salary review cycles, variable pay programs, and bonus/merit allocations.
    • Maintain accurate compensation data and provide timely reporting and dashboards to leadership.
    • Analyze and manage compensation and benefits programs -like health insurance, pension plans, vacation policy, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local laws
    • Provide compensation and benefits guidance to business stakeholders and HR teams.
    • Drive improvements and regional consistency in total rewards programs.
    • Engage in cross-functional projects with HR Operations, Finance, Payroll, and Global Rewards.
    • Contribute to compensation communication efforts—helping employees understand their pay and benefits.

What you need to succeed

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3-5years of experience in compensation and/or benefits roles in tech companies—ideally in multinational / Global companies
    • Proven experience covering Latin America compensation/benefits programs
    • Strong analytical skills, comfort with Excel/Google sheet, salary tools, and data visualization.
    • Deep knowledge of Latin American labor laws, compensation norms, and benefit practices.
    • Solid organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to details
    • Able to work independently, out of the box problem-solver, prioritize tasks with a pro-employee approach.
    • Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
