About this Role: We seek a driven and experienced Vice President to lead and scale our Account Management/Customer Success function. You and your team own the relationships with our install base of hospitals and health systems and drive value, satisfaction, and revenue growth. 

What you will do

    • Ensure our customers get the maximum value from our platform, understand the benefits we deliver, stay satisfied, and grow with us.
    • Lead, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of Account Management Directors, Account Managers, and Implementation Managers.
    • Develop playbooks and repeatable processes to spot and act on opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
    • Develop strategies to proactively spot and mitigate account risk to keep churn low.
    • Build strong/multi-level relationships with our install base. 
    • Work closely with sales, product, and operations to align on customer needs and market demands. 
    • Advocate for provider needs and insights across the organization, influencing product development and business strategy.

What you will bring

    • Proven experience leading and scaling customer success and account management teams at high-performing enterprise SaaS companies, preferably in healthcare.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Account Management and Customer Success leadership roles.
    • Proven track record of cultivating a network of senior industry relationships.
    • A demonstrated data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Startup mentality with a bias to action, impact, and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present and engage at all levels of the organization.
