About the Role: 
As the VP, Inside Sales, you will be responsible for leading our inside sales strategy, execution, and performance across multiple business units selling SaaS and enterprise software solutions and attached services. Reporting to the SVP, Sales, you’ll partner cross-functionally with stakeholder groups including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to drive pipeline generation, sell point and bundled software solutions and business services, accelerate conversions, and optimize the customer journey from lead to close. 

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

    • Develop and execute a world-class inside sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives 
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of inside sales leaders and representatives 
    • Design scalable processes for lead qualification, opportunity management, and customer engagement 
    • Own pipeline generation, conversion metrics, and revenue targets across the sales funnel 
    • Drive collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success to enhance lead quality and velocity 
    • Implement and optimize sales technologies (CRM, automation, analytics) to drive productivity and visibility 
    • Forecast performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reporting to executive leadership 
    • Foster a culture of accountability, development, and continuous improvement 

What We’re Looking For:

    • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 5+ years leading inside sales teams in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software 
    • Proven track record of exceeding growth targets and scaling global inside sales functions 
    • Strategic mindset with strong operational expertise and data-driven decision-making skills 
    • Exceptional leadership and people management abilities—able to inspire, coach, and grow talent 
    • Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), sales automation tools, and performance metrics 
    • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to align stakeholders across the organization 
    • Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the modern B2B buyer journey
