Role Overview:
The Fuel Services Analyst supports the management and optimization of clients' fuel supply chains by tracking procurement, monitoring inventories, analyzing fuel usage, and coordinating deliveries. They collaborate with internal teams and vendors, generate reports, provide insights, and manage customer communications. The role involves participating in an on-call rotation, with a focus on attention to detail, learning, and communication skills.

Overnight Shift: Wednesday through Sunday, from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am CDT.

Key Responsibilities

    • Assist customers with service inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, escalating complex problems as necessary.
    • Handle standard customer service activities and simple inquiries, participating in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends.
    • Respond promptly to issue escalations and provide necessary managerial approvals.
    • Review and record business transactions for assigned accounts, ensuring adherence to customer requirements.
    • Extract and input relevant data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
    • Prepare routine written communications and reports following detailed instructions, using standard office software.
    • Follow mandatory procedures to ensure work meets required quality standards.
    • Develop and maintain technical skills through training, coaching, and development planning activities.

Qualifications

    • High School or General Education/Equivalency Diploma/GED certificate

Preferred Qualifications

    • Convenience Store or Retail experience is a plus
$16 - $18 an hour
Overnight Shift: Wednesday through Sunday, from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am CDT.
