Position Overview:
PDI Technologies is seeking a Vice President, Revenue Execution to drive the end-to-end execution of critical sales and growth initiatives within our Site Solutions business. In this highly visible role, you will bridge strategy and execution, turning business objectives into scalable, actionable programs that accelerate customer acquisition, revenue growth, and operational excellence. You will also build, lead, and mentor a team of program and project managers in a matrixed, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operationalize go-to-market strategies into integrated execution plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Build and scale a high-performing team of program/project managers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and drive cross-functional execution.
- Lead key initiatives across the sales lifecycle, including market launches, campaign rollouts, pipeline acceleration programs, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Monitor execution against KPIs and provide regular insights, reporting, and recommendations to leadership.
- Identify friction points in sales operations and create strategic solutions to optimize performance.
- Establish best-in-class program management practices, tools, and governance frameworks to drive predictable results.
- Stay attuned to market dynamics and customer insights to inform agile adjustments in execution plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, go-to-market strategy, business operations, or program management roles, ideally within technology or retail sectors.
- Strong leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead teams.
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle and revenue generation drivers.
- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
