Role Overview
The PDI-Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns and projects. The role includes coordinating marketing activities, tracking project timelines, and ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule. This position works closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns across various channels, manage content calendars, and assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials. Additionally, the coordinator monitors the performance of marketing campaigns, provides insights, and supports reporting efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply brand guidelines and templates to ensure alignment and positioning
- Provide day-to-day support for advertising, promotions, and other marketing campaigns
- Contribute to the development and delivery of marketing communications across all media to support business objectives
- Support the collection of customer and market data to assess marketing campaign effectiveness and improve future strategies
- Manage content calendars and coordinate activities for campaign execution
- Assist with project management tasks to ensure marketing initiatives are completed on time and meet organizational goals
- Develop personal capabilities through training, coaching, and staying updated with industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4–6 months of general office or operational systems experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Basic skills in brand management and development
- Intermediate proficiency in verbal communication for presentations, meetings, and written correspondence
- Basic ability to manage and utilize media channels for brand promotion
- Intermediate skills in campaign management, including planning and measuring audience-targeted initiatives
- Familiarity with marketing data collection and analysis for strategy evaluation
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic familiarity with project tracking and reporting tools preferred
