Role Overview
You will serve as a strategist and trusted advisor, building strong partnerships with large, complex clients and ensuring the successful delivery of critical programs. Leading program operations from onboarding through completion, you will align efforts with client objectives, overseeing resources, budgets, and timelines to deliver exceptional value. By anticipating client needs and crafting tailored solutions, you will drive innovation and identify opportunities for long-term success. This role demands strategic expertise, operational excellence, and leadership to maximize client impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a relationship management plan for strategic, global accounts to build and sustain key client relationships
- Plan and manage the delivery of projects within areas of expertise, ensuring outcomes align with organizational objectives
- Execute top-of-funnel campaigns, including audience targeting and channel integration, to maximize results
- Analyze complex data patterns to provide actionable insights and drive informed decision-making
- Lead assurance reviews to ensure project goals are met within defined parameters
- Engage stakeholders by addressing their needs and concerns to ensure collaborative communication
- Drive continuous innovation through personal capability-building and professional development
Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of substantial, relevant experience in program management or account management
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering tailored, customer-focused solutions
- Expertise in making timely, well-informed decisions that align with organizational goals and priorities
- Skilled in creating adaptive, strategic plans that effectively manage risks and achieve desired outcomes
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing diverse stakeholder needs, fostering alignment and collaboration
- Deep understanding of industry trends and business strategies, with a track record of driving measurable results
