Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing initiatives to promote PDI’s products and services. This role involves collaborating with various teams, assisting with campaign development, and managing key marketing activities across digital and traditional channels. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated marketer looking to grow their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to support product launches and brand awareness.
    • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support positioning efforts.
    • Support sales enablement through the creation and coordination of collateral and promotional materials.
    • Draft and edit content for email campaigns, social media, website, and other marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing assets and event logistics.
    • Track campaign metrics and assist with reporting to evaluate performance.
    • Help maintain marketing automation platforms and CRM records (e.g., Salesforce).

Qualifications

    • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B, technology, or retail environments.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tactics including email, social media, and content marketing.
    • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with using tools such as marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
