Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Operations Intern to support the Human Resources team in executing core HR processes and ensuring the efficient operation of HR systems. This internship offers a hands-on learning opportunity in HR administration, employee lifecycle management, and HRIS data management.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS systems
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., documentation, orientation scheduling)
    • Help manage HR documents such as employment contracts, NDAs, and policy acknowledgments
    • Coordinate internal communication and documentation for HR processes
    • Compile reports related to HR metrics like employee turnover, headcount, and leave balances
    • Support compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
    • Participate in HR projects related to process improvement, audits, or policy updates
    • Assist with responding to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
    • Perform general administrative tasks to support the HR team

Required Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or employer branding.
    • Familiarity with ATS platforms (such as Lever) is a plus.
    • Demonstrated initiative and curiosity, with a desire to improve processes.
    • Strong sense of discretion and professionalism, especially when handling confidential information.
    • Adaptability and openness to working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
