Peek is looking for a talented and passionate individual to grow existing relationships with Peek's B2B clients. We’re still a small team, so there is an opportunity to have a significant impact in this role. The position is ideal for recent college graduates or candidates that have experience in other customer facing roles at other SAAS companies and want an opportunity to join a growing Success team.


    • Build and maintain lasting relationships with Peek's B2B tours & activities vendors as the primary point of contact post-onboarding
    • Provide consultative business support for customers via incoming and outgoing emails/phone calls and screen shares
    • Educate vendors on new features of "Peek Professional" SaaS product suite and changes in the tours & activities industry
    • Lead key initiatives to increase product adoption and revenue driving initiatives
    • Work closely with onboarding, support, sales, editorial and product team to help deliver exceptional customer experiences
    • Identify and execute improvements on internal 'vendor-facing' processes


    • Related Customer Success, Account Management or Onboarding/Implementations experience within a SaaS environment preferred
    • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize a wide range of tasks
    • Resourceful and organized when working on issues that require coordinating data and details between the customer and other internal departments through resolution
    • Desire to learn and take direction from an experienced CSMs and execute on an implementation, success or expansion plans
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
    • Proactive, with the skill to change priorities quickly, work well under pressure and autonomously
    • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn quickly
    • Demonstrate a positive attitude and a passion for working with customers, with a desire to help our customers drive revenue for their businesses
    • Experience in using Salesforce, ClientSuccess, Jira, Confluence and other SaaS tools preferred
