INTL Supply Ops at Peerspace

The INTL Supply Ops team is the driving factor behind expanding Peerspace to new markets globally. This includes onboarding and managing new and unique spaces as well as taking part in how we grow initial demand and localization to ensure a successful entry into new markets. Each member of our team directly impacts our marketplace reach in new and existing markets. We focus on generating new opportunities, acquiring unique spaces, and building relationships with future Peerspace hosts. We are looking for driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join the INTL Supply Ops team at Peerspace as Market Specialist as we expand into the new markets. You will be part of a team with a very broad, startup-like focus that both manages and expands into all markets outside North America by engaging with prospective hosts and scaling Peerspace’s supply of unique locations as well as ensuring demand is flowing successfully by monitoring host performance, guest requirements and initial market adoption of the Peerspace brand and proposition.
Ideal candidates are self-starters with a demonstrated ability to take on increasing responsibility and achieve short, mid and long-term goals according to the expansion phase.
 
Responsibilities

       Drive host acquisition together with the rest of the team to expand the reach of Peerspace Internationally by clearly communicating Peerspace’s value proposition to qualified hosts.
       Research, prospect and build new strategic account lists within a defined territory (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling) and conduct high-level conversations with owners/operators/hosts
       Develop creative and innovative ways in which you connect and build out your relationships with potential owners/operators/hosts.
       Actively hit daily KPIs and consistently achieve & exceed sales targets by consistently closing-won new opportunities.
       Setup new hosts for success by advising on best practices.
       Maintain updated sales records and prospect status in Salesforce with an eye toward a balanced pipeline.
       Act as the source of knowledge when launching new cities, understanding key neighborhoods and points of interest.
       Ensure demand is flowing successfully by monitoring and nudging host performance and understanding guest requirements to ensure communication is flowing and bookings are successful.
       Contribute to marketing & launch events in your market with the support of our centralized marketing team.
       Ability to collaborate with cross functional colleagues across the operations organization within Europe and North America
       Travel throughout expansion markets will be required, but most of the efforts are done remotely.
 
Requirements

       Must be fluent in French and English. Knowing German or Spanish is a nice plus.
       Although Peerspace is a fully remote company we need the candidate to live in London to be near the UK-based team and with easy transport to Paris if/when needed.
       Must have 2 years of full-time high pace sales in tech, marketing or event planning (if you’re unsure if your experience is relevant, but you think you’d be a great candidate then please apply!)
       Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
       Experience generating leads through email, events, meetings and phone calls.
       Experience using CRM tool(s) like Salesforce, email marketing software
       Excellent written/verbal communication skills; proficiency with Office or Google Docs

       Confident with selling across multiple channels including email, phone & in-person
       Strong problem-solving skills
       Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
       Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
       Ability to understand customer needs and meet those needs with product knowledge
       Good time management with strong organizational skills
