Marketing at Peerspace is currently supercharging growth and we are seeking a performance marketer to continue this momentum.  You will own the SEO and SEM efforts.  With a foundation already established for SEM you will scale & optimize this program to new heights.  SEO is a greenfield opportunity ripe for on-site and off-site optimization.  You will be the thought leader and guide our engineers with on-site optimization while partnering with the content marketing team to apply an SEO spin on the wonderful content under development.  

The Role

    • Plan and execute all SEO/ SEM programs and campaigns
    • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI especially for paid search
    • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
    • Enhance our bidding and media buying methodologies
    • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions
    • Establish processes that incorporate SEO best-practices into site architecture, content management and product marketing
    • Drive reporting and analysis of performance to continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business performance

Requirements

    • BS/MS degree in Marketing, Math, Stats or related quantitative field
    • 3-7 years experience managing SEO and/ or SEM
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, KissMetrics)
    • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite, Inhouse tools)
    • Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
