As Product Manager, GenAI, you will lead the development, strategy, and implementation of tools that leverage generative AI across various business units. You will drive innovation and identify opportunities to integrate generative AI capabilities into our products, enhancing value and creating new revenue streams.
Please note this is a contract role until October 2025
WHAT IS THE DAY TO DAY LOOK LIKE:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for genAI tools, focusing on adoption across different business units and market opportunities
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, with a strong focus on leveraging genAI technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products with exceptional user experience, integrating technology, design, sales, meteorology, and marketing efforts
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and development
- Define success metrics and monitor post-launch performance, adapting strategy based on user feedback and market trends
- Act as the product owner within agile development teams, guiding the development of genAI tools and ensuring alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure product initiatives and prioritization meet the organizational strategic objectives
- Provide input to the leadership team in developing strategic plans, budgets and prioritizing business opportunities
WE ARE HOPING YOU HAVE:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in developing and launching technology-driven products in a B2C environment
- Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their application in product development
- Experience in agile development environments and working with cross-functional teams
- Experience driving products from ideation through to launch at scale
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
