We have an exciting opportunity available as an Aquacare Account Manager to join our team working in Bournemouth. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive annual salary of £32,000 - £36,000 plus excellent benefits.
About the role:
As our Account Manager you will contribute to providing professional water hygiene services to our clients, helping to build and enhance the business reputation of both Aquacare and the wider group. You will also be responsible for delivering growth for the business through progressing technical leads and managing, supporting and overseeing your accounts.

You will also be knowledgeable of legionella control tasks for our customers (this includes water temperature checks, water system dosing, shower heads and TMVs servicing and other water hygiene tasks).

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude and be able to multi-task as the job requires. 

What you’ll be doing:

    • Develop and maintain customer relationships to retain and grow customers through on-going customer visits, query resolution, monitoring and regular reviews.
    • Generate profitable revenue growth of new business to agreed targets
    • Working with colleagues to produce comprehensive and cost-effective bids and submissions for new Water Hygiene, Water Treatment Tenders.
    • Identify areas for growth of products and services i.e. upgrades of existing contracts or leads for new business.

What we are looking for:

    • A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C or above including English and Mathematics
    • A full clean driving licence
    • Water Treatment/ Water Hygiene professional qualification
    • Proven experience in a busy commercial environment
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Driven and enthusiastic for achieving results
