We have an exciting opportunity available as a Risk and Compliance Administrator to join our team working in Bournemouth. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £22,133 per annum.

As our Risk and Compliance Administrator, you will be working in the SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) Team providing and supporting the business with there first line queries. You will also be ensuring that compliance within Health, Safety and Environment regulations and quality control are adhered too. Your role will involve strong administration skills on the company’s management system for ISO to ensure that PWS has continued certification and compliance.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Supporting the SHEQ Team in the preparation of documents, reports, and records
    • Ensuring health & safety alerts are well communicated within the organisation
    • Book training that is required within the business and arranging all internal training days ensuring meeting rooms are booked and being the point of contact for the day to ensure the programme is delivered smoothly
    • Ensuring the SHEQ mailbox is monitored, replied too, and escalated where needed
    • Supporting the management of the PWS risk and audit register
    • Writing policies, procedures and user guides as and when required

What we are looking for:

    • Five GCSEs including Maths and English
    • IRCA certificate in internal auditing to BS EN ISO 19011 (Desirable)
    • Good knowledge and proven experience working with Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Methodical and committed to delivering high standards of accuracy
