We work across the firm's client portfolio, developing creative solutions and campaign concepts that have the power to shape perspectives and inspire action on the issues that matter most. 

Summary of Position:
Penta is seeking a Producer to join our remote team. Producers work closely with designers, strategists, managing directors, and partners across multiple teams or projects, supporting both client work and the firm's own publications. A successful candidate is intellectually curious, eager to learn and contribute, works well in teams, and is interested in developing creative solutions that help shape public policy.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with management and designers on developing brand strategy and digital storytelling recommendations to clients, helping formulate creative, emotionally compelling, and substantively engaging concepts for advertising campaigns, digital products, and creative content
- Draft planning materials that ensure a high quality of products, including project proposals, strategy briefs, and creative briefs
- Execute on deliverables that fulfill client projects' needs, including copywriting, memo recommendations, social graphics, fact sheets, video scripts, and digital ad campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
- Follow clients' businesses and industries to maintain a current knowledge base and keep the team apprised of new and ongoing developments
- Use industry-specific research assessments to inform client recommendations and proposals for potential clients
- Inform communication and advocacy strategies with policy expertise
- Provide feedback to managerial insight/analysis
 
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in storytelling and creative conceptualization
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Experience with data management is a plus
- Ability to take initiative; motivated and self-starting
- Solid presentation skills and strong attention to detail
- Interest in or openness to learning basic design skills, using programs such as Figma
- Experience with creating graphics and data visualizations is a plus
