Summary of Position:
Penta is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive who will report directly to Penta’s Managing Director of Business Development. The Enterprise Account Executive will have a primary focus on acquiring new Fortune 1,000 clients. The Enterprise Account Executive will hit or exceed revenue targets and be experienced in demonstrating and articulating the business value of solutions through presentations and demonstrations to a wide range of audiences in multiple industries. This person will also have significant authority in co-creating their territory of target accounts based on their past selling successes, industry experience, geography, etc. 

Responsibilities:
- Seek new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and utilizing tools to leverage new sales opportunities
- Identify, negotiate, and close deals in a defined territory
- Work with Communications and Marketing Executives of some of the biggest brands in the world building solutions that make them more effective
- Identify the necessary decision-makers and influencers of the prospective deal 
- Assemble and lead the right internal team to support the deal’s successful closing
- Develop visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint to effectively communicate key information and insights to clients.
- Listen, identify, and understand clients/prospective clients' needs and recommend the right solution to address their needs
- Connect with Penta’s Senior Leaders and earn and maintain trust as a passionate and thoughtful team member

Qualifications:    
- 3-6 years of extensive enterprise sales experience, consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple, competing tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and influence organizational change.     
- Demonstrated proficiency in outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and lead generation, resulting in measurable sales outcomes.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving exceptional sales results as a top-performing Enterprise sales professional.
- Proactive self-starter with a proven ability to innovate and develop effective go-to-market strategies and compelling content.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of sales operations, ensuring accuracy and precision in execution.
- Experience working in corporate communications, marketing, and stakeholder management
- Comfort with sales technology tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, MixMax
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Location: 
This position is for US-based personnel and can be hybrid or remote, but preference will be given to applicants living in the Washington, DC, New York City, or San Francisco areas and can be in-person in the office three days per week.
