We are looking for a Clinical Sales Trainer – Peripheral Vascular (m/f/d) to join our team on a permanent basis, with opportunities available in Germany, UK, Netherlands, Denmark or Sweden (Stockholm).

Main Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and integration for new hires in sales and clinical roles
- Support the ongoing development of existing teams, identifying coaching opportunities and areas for skill enhancement
- Partner closely with Sales Managers to align training efforts with local market needs, business strategy, and commercial objectives
- Deliver engaging, structured training programs — from masterclasses and field coaching to virtual sessions
- Provide in-field clinical support during procedures, reinforcing correct product use and positioning
- Coach teams on strategic selling, including product positioning, pricing, and winning new accounts
- Ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory guidelines in all training activities
What We’re Looking For
- A solid background in Peripheral Vascular (PV) or related areas like neurovascular or cardiology, coupled with clinical experience (nursing, biomedical, radiography) and exposure to sales strategies.
- Deep understanding of the challenges in sales and the needs of healthcare professionals, with a proven ability to work closely with sales teams to improve performance and build confidence.
- A natural ability to engage others, build trust, and inspire people to listen and collaborate.
- A genuine passion for helping others develop, with strong communication and coaching abilities. Training experience is a bonus but not essential.
- A confident and approachable person who earns respect from colleagues and fosters teamwork across all levels.
- Fluency in English, additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to Travel up to 80% travel within Europe.
