We are a dynamic and constantly growing company. As a result, we are looking for a high motivated Customer Service Rep (f/m/d). You will have to provide front-line support for customer inquiries. You will serve as the in-house resource for the sales operations as well.
What You'll Work On
- Respond to customer inquiries by taking and processing customers’ orders
- Utilize company systems and processes (SAP) to enter sales orders, conto visione orders and consignment replacements, confirm inventory availability, develop customized defaults for each customer
- Process Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
- File customer complaints
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Manage Travel Stock program, ensuring compliance with Quality System
- Maintain customer databases
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Business, Marketing or related field. High School graduate with previous Customer Service, Sales or other relevant experience may be considered
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills required, particularly telephone skills
- Competence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) and SAP or similar ERP system.
- Good level of written and spoken English
