Penumbra Europe GmbH is based in Berlin, Germany, with our headquarters in Alameda, California. We are a global healthcare company focused on innovative therapies. Penumbra designs, develops, manufactures and markets novel medical technology products with a broad portfolio. Our customers are hospitals and healthcare providers in direct sales in the United States, Europe, Canada and Australia as well as through distributors in select international markets.
For our Customer Service in Berlin we are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
What you`ll be working on:
- Order processing in relation to direct orders, travel stock usage and consignment
- Administration and processing of inquiries from customers and colleagues from all over Europe
- Processing of returns
- Advising customers and colleagues
- Providing data and information to colleagues from different teams
- Administrative support for the Customer Service team
- Collaboration in various projects
What you bring to the table:
- Commercial training or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent knowledge
- Several years of professional experience in an office environment, experience in customer service is an advantage
- Basic computer skills, especially Outlook and Excel
- Experience with ERP systems would be helpful, ideally SAP experience
- Very good knowledge of English; other language skills (especially German, French or Spanish) are an advantage
- Concentrated, precise way of working
- Reliable self-organization
- Proactive coordination with colleagues
- Enjoy working in a team with different backgrounds and training
