Main Responsibilities

    • Assisting with daily operational activities (e.g. printing invoices, managing customer service contacts, collecting proof of delivery, reviewing bank statements)
    • Supporting audit preparations and financial statement processes through structured and detailed manual work
    • Drafting and formatting letters and emails for internal and external communication
    • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation relevant for audits
    • Contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations by taking ownership of essential recurring tasks

Your Profile

    • Ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field
    • Strong mathematical skills and confidence in handling data
    • Proficiency in Excel and an analytical way of thinking
    • A structured, well-organized working style with a keen eye for detail
    • Proactive mindset – you take initiative and enjoy contributing actively
    • Clear and eloquent communication, both written and verbal
    • A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently on recurring tasks
