Position Summary:
Matt Carson, Manager, for the Professional Services Project Management team at Perforce is searching for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex client engagements across the Delphix platform. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Professional Services engagements—including implementations, migrations, upgrades, and advisory work
You’ll work closely with enterprise clients, internal consultants, engineers, and account teams to scope, plan, execute, and deliver projects that drive value. The ideal candidate brings a mix of project management expertise, technical acumen, and customer-facing experience in enterprise IT or software services.

Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience managing enterprise software projects in a customer-facing role.
    • Demonstrated success delivering complex projects in data platforms, or enterprise IT.
    • Strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps processes; experience with data management platforms is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project, or equivalent.
    • PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification preferred.
    • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid deployments is a strong plus.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
    • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are highly desired, particularly for client engagements in Latin America.

Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, deliverables, and goals.
    • Lead end-to-end project delivery from kickoff to close-out across multiple concurrent projects.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, risks, resources, and budgets. 
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Sales).
    • Conduct regular status meetings with clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.
    • Partner with clients to understand business objectives and ensure solutions are aligned with goals.
    • Create and maintain project documentation (SOWs, Project change requests, etc.).
    • Assist in pre-sales scoping, providing delivery estimates and project planning input.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO best practices, tools, and templates.
    • May mentor junior PMs and contribute to internal training efforts.
    • Support additional brands or products within the Perforce portfolio as needed.
$90,000 - $130,000 a year
