Position Summary:

Our Senior Manager, Commercial Transactions, is searching for a Contracts Manager to join his five-person, highly collaborative commercial transactions team.

Responsibilities:

    • Draft, redline, negotiate and close software and SaaS agreements.
    • Facilitate creative and effective solutions to close deals in a manner that meets customer needs without taking on undue risk.
    • Become a trusted advisor and partner to sales and other internal customers in the context of closing deals.

Requirements:

    • 2-5 years’ experience drafting, redlining, negotiating and closing software and SaaS deals, preferably in an in-house, corporate setting.
    • Undergraduate or higher-level degree required. J.D. desirable, but not required if professional experience indicates the requisite skills and experience.
    • Well organized, with ability to effectively navigate complex issues with sales, build relationships across departments, and work against tight timelines while handling a large volume of deals in a quick turn environment.
    • Experience with Salesforce and/or a CLM a plus.
    • Outstanding collegiality, interpersonal skills and a good sense of humor, combined with a collaborative nature and a "team first" attitude.  We work hard, but we also have fun, and we have each other’s backs.
