We’re looking for a Senior Solution (Sales) Engineer to join our APAC team and help enterprise customers reimagine how they manage and protect their most valuable asset: data. What You’ll Do:
- As a trusted technical advisor and partner to our sales team and customers, you'll play a vital role in shaping solutions that have real-world impact. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Co-creating success stories: Collaborate closely with account executives and customers to understand business goals, pain points, and requirements—and map them to Delphix’s platform.
- Designing future-ready solutions: Architect scalable, secure, and efficient data management strategies tailored to DevOps, cloud, and compliance initiatives.
- Inspiring confidence: Lead technical conversations, hands-on workshops, and proof-of-value engagements that demonstrate the power of Delphix to technical and business audiences alike.
- Championing inclusion and innovation: Bring your unique perspective to every interaction, helping customers unlock new ways to innovate through responsible data practices.
- Advocating for customer needs: Share feedback with product and engineering teams to help shape our roadmap and improve the customer experience.
What You Bring:
- We're looking for someone with a growth mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for helping others succeed. While no one candidate is expected to check every box, you'll thrive in this role if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting role
- A strong foundation in enterprise data platforms (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and a solid understanding of DevOps workflows, data masking, and cloud technologies
- Comfort working with or learning tools like Jenkins, Git, Ansible, or Terraform
- A passion for storytelling with data—able to clearly communicate technical solutions to a variety of audiences
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (such as GDPR, CPS 234, or HIPAA)
- A desire to learn, share, and grow in a supportive team environment
