About Perforce Testing 

Perforce’s Testing business unit helps enterprise teams deliver high-quality software at speed. Our platforms, BlazeMeter and Perfecto, support the full software testing lifecycle. 
BlazeMeter is a unified platform for continuous testing that includes performance testing, functional testing, API testing and monitoring, service virtualization, and AI-powered test data capabilities. 

Perfecto offers secure, scalable, cloud-based testing for web and mobile apps, with real device access, AI-driven test creation, accessibility testing, and UX validation. 
Together, they enable fast, scalable, and intelligent testing across modern, complex environments. 

The Opportunity 

We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to help define and execute the go-to-market strategy for BlazeMeter and Perfecto. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will shape how enterprise customers understand, evaluate, and adopt modern testing solutions. 

You will work closely with Product Management, Sales Engineering, Demand Generation, our Tech Evangelist, and others to drive product launches, sharpen competitive positioning, engage analysts, and enable global sales teams. This is an opportunity to own key messaging, elevate two category-leading platforms, and directly contribute to growth.

Responsibilities:

Positioning and Messaging

    • Define clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions across the full Perforce Testing portfolio 
    • Tailor content for testers, developers, decision-makers, and executives 
    • Create and manage battle cards, competitive awareness, and positioning frameworks 

Go-to-Market Execution

    • Lead product launches from planning through execution, including messaging, internal enablement, collateral development, and launch performance analysis 
    • Collaborate with Demand Generation to create pipeline-driving content such as webinars, white papers, videos, and blogs 
    • Capture and relay market insights to Product Management to inform roadmap and prioritization 

Customer and Market Engagement

    • Partner with the Tech Evangelist to deliver product demos, industry presentations, and field content 
    • Track product and feature adoption using available analytics tools and collaborate with Product and Sales to interpret usage data and identify areas for improvement 
    • Represent Perforce in customer briefings, CABs, analyst sessions, and industry events 
    • Contribute to the development of blog posts, articles, and public-facing content 

Sales Enablement and Customer Advocacy

    • Develop and maintain sales tools including pitch decks, ROI messaging, objection handling, and use-case content 
    • Work with Customer Success to turn users into referenceable advocates through case studies, testimonials, and event participation 
    • Enable the field with materials that align product value to buyer pain points and outcomes 

Market Intelligence

    • Conduct buyer and persona research to understand purchase drivers, evaluation criteria, and decision patterns 
    • Aligningcontent development with competitive awareness and market trends 
    • Share actionable insights across product, sales, and marketing teams 

Requirements:

    • 5 or more years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in continuous testing, DevOps, or developer tools 
    • Experience launching enterprise software and delivering measurable go-to-market impact 
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical topics for multiple audiences 
    • Collaborative, organized, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines 
    • Skilled in tools such as Salesforce, Marketo or Eloqua, Gong, and PowerBI 
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field 
    • Must work full-time from our Minneapolis office and be willing to travel up to 20 percent for events and field engagement 
$82,550 - $116,550 a year
