Objectives of this Role:
- Collaborating closely with product and design teams to identify and implement optimal cloud-based front-end solutions
- Defining and documenting best practices and strategies for modern front-end architecture and development
- Mentoring and guiding front-end development teams in building visually compelling, user-centric business software
- Ensuring application performance, scalability, and maintain high standards of code quality and design
- Coordinating with offshore front-end development teams to maintain alignment and execution quality
What You'll Be Doing:
- Participating in all phases of the software development life cycle: planning, requirements, development, testing, and deployment
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing proactive measures to prevent future issues
- Championing the adoption of modern front-end technologies and share expertise across the team
- Anticipating and solving technical problems with a focus on business impact and productivity
- Advocating for user experience through thoughtful interface design and usability considerations
- Leveraging data to inform product and design decisions
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in UI design and development using modern technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular
- Deep expertise in Angular and front-end architecture
- Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with cloud application deployment, preferably on AWS
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Git, Jenkins, and SonarQube
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
- Proficient with Visual Studio, Git, JIRA, unit testing, debugging, and profiling in a Microsoft tech stack environment
- Angular and/or AWS certifications are a plus
$120,000 - $150,000 a year
