As a Perr & Knight associate developer in PK1Cloud Software, you will play a vital role in supporting software development projects. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at assisting in project execution, enhancing your skills, and contributing to the team's success.

What You'll Be Doing:

    • Collaborating with senior developers on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), context enrichment, and prompt optimization.
    • Assisting in the design, testing, and deployment of AI features including language models, retrieval pipelines, and intelligent agents.
    • Building APIs to integrate AI functionality into internal tools and client-facing applications.
    • Assisting in documenting workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
    • Participating in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Proactively seeking opportunities to learn and grow, taking the initiative to explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies relevant to the field of insurance technology consulting.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

    • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, Angular and Angular Materials.
    • Familiarity with AI technologies such as large language models, vector databases, and data pipelines.
    • Exposure to database tools and both structured and unstructured data.
    • Interest in emerging AI technologies and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning and adapting to new challenges.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
