As an account manager at PersistIQ, you will own the relationship with our top customers. You will be the main point of contact from initial onboarding to continued usage to renewals. You will enjoy taking a proactive and consultative approach to understand each customer’s objectives and help them be successful with your expert knowledge about the PersistIQ platform. Equally as important you will be the voice of the customer to our product team, helping identify important features to develop and improvements to make.
Onboard new customers
Take a consultative approach to learn the needs and objectives for customers new to PersistIQ.
Proactively check in with customers to ensure they are successful using PersistIQ. Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews. Provide exceptional support and service to customers as they have questions about the product, use cases, and bring on additional users.
Expansion and upsells
Discover opportunities to expand the PersistIQ business within our existing customer base.
Lead the renewals process from start to finish for each customer.
- 1-3 years experience in Sales, Account Management or related field
- A fundamental understanding of the sales engagement industry
- Strong listening, analytical, time management, and communication skills
- Strong EQ to handle objections effectively
- Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about latest technologies
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and integrations
