We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to oversee all aspects of hiring for the committee. You'll be responsible for working with our team to identify staffing needs as we build from the ground up. This position will oversee full-cycle recruiting and create a strong talent pipeline for the committee.
You might be a good fit if you:
- Have 2+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience;
- Significant track record of identifying, sourcing, and hiring talent;
- Obsess over performance and find joy in organization;
- Work best in teams;
- Like juggling an astonishing amount of things at the same time;
- Eat ambiguity for breakfast and get stuff done.
