About the role:
The Salesforce Administrator at Petvisor plays a key role in supporting and optimizing our Salesforce platform, reporting to the central Revenue Operations team within the Finance organization. This remote role is responsible for maintaining the health, security, and scalability of Salesforce, autonomously providing daily administrative support, and handling user provisioning. A strong emphasis is placed on creating process documentation, managing profiles and permissions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. As a contributor to Salesforce initiatives that support a global team, this role helps drive continuous improvement and supports business growth.

- Provide user-focused Tier 1 support by resolving issues and answering requests with a customer-first approach
- Administer user accounts, including onboarding, deactivating, and managing roles, profiles, and permission sets
- Configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including workflows, validation rules, record types, and page layouts
- Contribute to Salesforce projects that drive growth, from testing in sandbox environments to supporting go-live efforts
- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations and Finance teams to ensure Salesforce aligns with broader organizational goals
- Maintain and improve process documentation and knowledge bases for long-term scalability
- Support the integration of Salesforce functionalities with business processes, ensuring data integrity and system reliability
About You
- 1-2 years of Salesforce Sales Cloud administration experience, with Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification required
- Skilled in configuring key Salesforce features such as flow builder, validation rules, approval processes, record types, lightning page layouts, and change sets with experience managing user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and solutions, while maintaining accurate data and system integrity
- Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and handling data import/export tools, ensuring data quality through cleansing and auditing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively collaborate cross-functionally and explain technical concepts to non-technical teams
- Experienced in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, including Salesforce configurations and best practices
- Quick to learn and embrace new Salesforce features and evolving business processes
