We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. You will work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Project Managers to ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the development process. Responsibilities include creating and executing manual test plans for web and mobile apps, tracking issues, and reporting on quality metrics. You will also develop and monitor automation tests to improve test coverage and catch bugs before production.

- Carry out comprehensive QA activities across systems and products to ensure consistent standards.

- Assess and communicate risks throughout the development lifecycle, identifying issues early and escalating when necessary.
- Proactively contribute to and expand test automation efforts to catch issues early and prevent bugs from reaching production.
About You:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of QA experience with a solid understanding of QA methodologies and tools
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- 2+ years of experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar
- 2+ years with JavaScript, Python, or equivalent scripting languages
- Experience testing iOS and Android mobile applications
- Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL is a plus
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, andZephyr is a plus
- Bonus: Experience with Airflow, Buildkite, performance/load testing tools
