We are seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will guide the growth and development of Scribe, our SOAP note-taking software for veterinarians, with a focus on improving efficiency, accuracy, and usability for veterinary teams.

    • Manage the product development lifecycle for DVM-focused mobile product, from discovery and ideation to launch and ongoing improvements
    • Develop and prioritize features that enhance veterinary workflows, focusing on note-taking efficiency and accuracy
    • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions
    • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to support adoption, engagement, and retention
    • Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify opportunities and validate product decisions
    • Define and track key success metrics (e.g., efficiency gains, adoption rates, user satisfaction)
    • Support integrations with practice management systems and other Petvisor solutions
    • Represent the voice of the customer and champion veterinary team needs in product planning
    • Stay current on trends in veterinary medicine, SaaS productivity tools, and documentation technology

About You

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 3–5 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, B2B software, or mobile app development; 5+ years preferred for the Senior PM level
    • Experience establishing and maintaining cross-functional alignment among departments to ensure all efforts are focused on achieving shared company objectives and strategic milestones
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed mindset
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
    • Passion for pets, veterinary medicine, and building products that make veterinary teams more effective

$110,000 - $126,000 a year
