About this role:
We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager who will be responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of complex software products and driving customer satisfaction. This is a product role requiring strong project management, organization, and communication skills.

    • Change Management: Ability to manage changes to scope or delivery plans to maintain high quality while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed
    • Quality Assurance & Process Improvement: Ensure that quality standards and acceptance testing are upheld throughout the delivery process. Drive process improvements via retrospectives and lessons learned to continuously improve team productivity and efficiency

About You:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Experience managing software delivery in Agile or Scrum environments with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles
    • Experience in relevant sectors (e.g., SaaS, Health tech, veterinary, or other software-intensive industries)
    • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or related technical field is a plus

Compensation

    • Our company's Compensation Philosophy is to provide competitive pay using industry-specific data to reward and recognize employees based on performance. We offer flexibility with compensation, either through full-time employment in Sri Lankan Rupees or a fixed contract arrangement in USD, depending on the candidate's preference and suitability.
