As an IT Support Engineer at Petvisor, you will provide technical assistance to internal users across our global organization. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, support system improvements, and contribute to automation and device management initiatives.     • Provide timely technical support to internal users across regions, resolving hardware, software, and network issues via the Zendesk ticketing system.
    • Install, configure, and maintain endpoints, applications, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
    • Manage device provisioning, user access, and system configurations using tools like Microsoft Intune, NinjaOne, and Google Workspace
    • Write and maintain automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) to streamline workflows and enable proactive device management
    • Support application administration, including whitelisting, license management, and performance monitoring
    • Document support cases, system procedures, and asset inventory accurately; track issues and project tasks using Jira
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT infrastructure, enforce security standards, and support broader technology initiatives

About You:

    • 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration, with hands-on use of tools like Zendesk and Jira
    • Experience working as part of a global team, with a proactive and responsive communication style
    • Strong English communication skills—clear, timely, and professional in both written and verbal interactions
    • Comfortable owning tasks from start to finish, asking for help when needed, and staying accountable to outcomes.
    • Practical experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) and modern device management platforms like Intune, Solarwinds, NinjaOne, or Apple MDM
    • Knowledge of operating systems, networking fundamentals, application troubleshooting, and antivirus provisioning
    • Eager to learn, humble in approach, and collaborative by nature, with a preference for experience in automation scripting and IT support playbooks
