We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our call center, who will be a liaison between the two KAAWS Clinic locations and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving client inquiries and keeping customer happiness at the core of every decision and behavior.
 
As the CSR, you will handle large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. You will identify customer's needs, clarify information, research information and provide solutions to problems and frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance levels.

Responsibilities

    • Follow communication “scripts" when handling different topics.
    • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
    • Build balanced relationships and engage customers by going above and beyond.
    • Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.

Requirements

    • Previous customer service experience in a veterinary setting.
    • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
    • Customer-centric and resourcefulness to different personality types.
    • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and handle time effectively.
    • Responsible for processing financial transactions.
    • High school degree.
