About the role
As the face of PEXA’s head office, the Workplace Coordinator will act as a welcome and friendly reception for staff, visitors, suppliers, contractors ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

This is an office based role. Our office is located at Tower 4, Level 16, 727 Collins Square Docklands.

What you'll be doing

    • Ensure the smooth operation of our office by coordinating day-to-day activities.
    • Support Workplace Manager
    • Deliver a high level of customer service to both employees and guests.
    • Manage visitor arrivals.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
    • Assist with travel arrangements using platforms like Egencia and Uber Business.
    • Procure and manage office supplies, catering, general office equipment, and kitchen stock.
    • Manage any office break/fix items with building manager and / or suppliers.
    • Support internal engagement and communication initiatives.
    • Coordinate with couriers and contractors as needed.
    • Provide support to the kitchen assistant.
    • Maintain cleanliness in communal areas.

What you'll bring to the table

    • Previous experience in an office administration / reception role.
    • Exceptional organisation and time management.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Friendly, approachable, and helpful
    • Proactive and the ability to produce outcomes without extensive direction.
    • Excellent time management, listening and organisation
    • The ability to deliver an awesome customer experience.
    • Proactively building collaborative relationships
    • Team player
    • Excellent multitasker.
