We're seeking a Cyber Target Development Analyst with expertise in Chinese cyber threats to provide essential support to a Federal client within their Cyber Division. In this critical role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of cyber threats originating from the Asia-Pacific region, particularly China, and your expertise in target analysis and development to support cutting-edge intelligence operations and cyber investigations. Your contributions will be vital in safeguarding our nation's digital assets and maintaining a strategic advantage in the ever-evolving cyber domain. The level of relevant experience you bring to this position will determine the specific roles, responsibilities, and job title within the Cyber Target Development team. This job requires on-site work in Chantilly, VA. TS/SCI clearance and a Polygraph are required.

What You'll Do

    • Conduct comprehensive target analysis and development focused on Chinese cyber threats, using advanced analytical techniques to identify new collection opportunities and address source coverage gaps.
    • Evaluate, analyze, and synthesize large quantities of data from multiple sources to produce high-quality, fused targeting/intelligence products.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance collection operations and support cyber investigations.
    • Leverage your expertise in Chinese cyber threats to provide actionable intelligence and recommendations for new investigative or collection actions.
    • Participate in briefings and presentations to share insights and findings with stakeholders and decision-makers.

Education + Requirements

    • BS in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline. Equivalent years of professional experience may be substituted for the degree.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting, analytical techniques, targeting/development, and cyber investigations
    • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Eurasian, specifically Chinese, target sets
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
    • Ability to travel up to 15% on average

Security Clearance

    • U.S. Citizenship
    • Top Secret Clearance, SCI eligible required
    • Willingness and ability to obtain a Polygraph

Desired

    • Professional services or federal consulting experience in intelligence or cybersecurity
    • Experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment
    • Strong knowledge of mobile and endpoint security
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
    • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
    • Proficiency in other Chinese languages/dialects (e.g., Cantonese, Hokkien, Hakka)
    •  Proficiency in Russian, Korean, or other Eurasian languages
    • Experience with advanced data analysis tools and techniques
