Job Description: Community Paramedic/Nurse
 
Our organization is seeking a self-motivated and compassionate Community Paramedic/Nurse to work in a diversified setting. This position will work in an Occupational Health Setting, a Homeless Shelter Clinic, and within a Crisis Stabilization Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care and support to all patients.
 
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with patients to assess their medical needs and develop comprehensive care plans
- Provide medical care and treatment for patients in the Occupational Health Setting, Homeless Shelter Clinic, and Crisis Stabilization Unit
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient
- Educate patients on their medical conditions and provide them with information on how to manage their health
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon patient care processes and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives
 
Requirements:
- A degree in Nursing or Paramedicine
- Active registration with the appropriate regulatory body
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
