Join our front office. Our Experience Engineers are at the core of our organization. Developed through Disney Institute Training in customer service excellence, our engineering core's primary purpose is accurately convey the mission and the common purpose of our organization. These positions are diverse and include but are not limited to the following expected work.

1) Communications through our call center for our traditional EMS services, occupational health services and addiction/recovery services.
2) Billing processes, customer advocacy and insurance navigation.
3) 211 mental health peer service line through Mental Health America.
4) Client and community relations.
5) Team member engagement and communication.
6) Surge support for field operations.

Preferred, but will train.

    • CRS or CHW
    • Insurance Navigator Certificate
    • Disney Institute Training
    • CAD/CPR
    • HIPAA Training
    • Certified Compliance Officer (optional)
    • Must be willing to work NIGHTS.
Salary Expectations:

Base Rate: $14.00 to $20.00 an hour, based on training and experience.

Shift Differential Available for Nights: +$1.50 hour

Evolution Differential: Self directed education and ranking

Private First Class: +$1.00 hour
Specialist: +$1.50 hour
Lieutenant: + $2.00 hour
