🤓We are looking for an expert in the Brand & Content fields, to help us go to the next level. As a Brand & Content Lead, you will help us build an international, category-defining brand.

🇪🇺 We are flexible: you can work from anywhere in Europe and come once a month in Paris (fully reimbursed), or come to the office more often.

🇬🇧 PhotoRoom is an international team and we work in English. We offer language lessons for those who need them (English & French).

✨ About the role ✨

    • You will create the Brand and Content function within the Marketing team, and work closely with our Creative Director to establish PhotoRoom as the go-to photo brand for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and merchants across our core markets - the US, Europe, and South America.

    • BRAND
    • You will build and execute our brand strategy with the Creative Director to position PhotoRoom as the #1 destination for commerce photography. Define our brand platform, articulate the brand positioning, and mission statement, and set clear brand guidelines per customer touchpoint.
    • You will develop a stand-out and highly effective brand communications strategy that delivers our brand purpose and can be amplified across our paid, owned, and earned media.
    • You will propose and lead innovative brand initiatives that can cut through the ambient noise and elevate the brand awareness of PhotoRoom.
    • You will oversee user and market research initiatives to develop crisp insights that will determine our strategy and shape our communications across our main markets.

    • You will develop our content strategy and calendar across all owned channels (what we say, where/when we say it)
    • You will build and execute a content program to support and amplify our short- and long-term marketing initiatives and campaigns (including SEO).
    • You will partner with Growth Marketing to ensure that we are leveraging content to help drive our acquisition and retention efforts.

    • Experience: You have already 6+ years of Brand management or marketing experience within an international consumer startup/pure-player environment.
    • Leadership: You have the ability to both challenge and guide team members while enforcing their creative thinking and project delivery through a mentoring style.
    • Mastery: You are creative but also a good strategist who picks up the right point of view. You have outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills. You possess a strong design acumen and can implement design systems and brand foundations.
    • Autonomous: You have strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are hands-on. You plan AND execute.
    • Make an impact: You want to design a brand that is used by millions of entrepreneurs and small business owners, in a fast-growing environment. In addition, you can recruit talented people to add value and bring positive reinforcement to the team.
    • Continuous improvement: You thrive to get better every day even if it means learning from your own mistakes.
    • Languages: You are fluent in English.
