We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and energised Finance Manager to join our finance & operations team, reporting into our experienced Finance Director.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with 0-2 years of post-qualified experience in practice or industry. We’re looking for a strong technical knowledge coupled with a great team member attitude.
As our Finance Manager you will:
· Prepare consolidated monthly accounts including actual to budget analysis
· Run the purchasing and expenses function for all departments. Tracking spend against both departmental and annual budgets.
· Business partner with department head across the business, such as Go-to-Market, Marketing & Technology, on their specific budgets and best-use-of spend
· Support the CFO on annual budgeting processes and mid-year reforecast processes to help predict the future of the business
· Run ad-hoc analysis & reporting for the leadership team to solve business problems in real-time
· Continuously look to improve our processes to remove inefficiencies and improve finance and company performance
· Support the FD and CFO during the annual audit, acting as a liaison with the audit team.
What you bring:
· 3-5 years finance experience in practice or industry
· Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, ICAS, CA)
· Strong Excel skills
· Strong eye for detail and excellent presentation skills
· Ability to communicate with non-finance stakeholders
