· You will nurture relationships with enterprise customers, aiming to become a trusted advisor and cultivate active Phrasee champions and executive sponsors within each account.
· You'll closely collaborate with clients to ensure the successful adoption of Phrasee's technology, aligning it with their business objectives.
· You'll serve as the central conduit for customer adoption, usage, and partnering with commercial owners for account growth.
· Collaboration with internal and external customer teams and partners demands strong project and time management skills, proactivity, a thirst for learning, and operational efficiency.
· As a team player, you'll challenge processes to enhance efficiency and strive for team excellence through collaborative teamwork within a global function.
· Your confident and strategic approach will involve creating strategic plans, conducting workshops, and hosting business review meetings to support customers in achieving their goals.
· You will be the voice of the customer, managing communication about customer health risks and taking responsibility for mitigation, while also identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities.
What You'll Do:
· You will oversee the entire customer cycle, from onboarding and adoption to reporting and renewals.
· Full ownership and accountability for your customer portfolio.
· Immerse yourself in the dynamic Content AI space, continuously expanding your knowledge.
· Proactively anticipate and resolve issues.
· Utilise your commercial acumen to identify account growth opportunities.
· Develop and manage customer account plans with a focus on goals, actions, and timelines.
· Become a subject matter expert in front of both customers and peers.

Your Must-Have Experience:
· 3+ years of experience in Customer Success/Account Management MarTech (SaaS).
· Experience in Enterprise/High-touch CS is a must.
· Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing landscape is a must.
· CEP/ESP background is highly desirable.
· Proven ability to build relationships with Senior to Executive stakeholders.
· Strong track record of customer retention rates.
