Your Role:
The Finance Operations Manager oversees all accounting operations, including billing, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.
What you'll do:
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Facilitate month-end and year-end close process
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Maintain high-quality control of financial transactions and reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll cycles
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Review and implement financial policies
- Identifying problem areas and presenting recommendations to company management
- Undertake additional financial tasks as necessary
Who you are
- 2+ overall accounting and finance experience; in the SME tech space desirable
- Expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, and bookkeeping
- Proficient with Spreadsheet and financial software; Xero experience desirable
- Solid grasp of financial regulations
- Analytical with strong numerical and time management skills
- BSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar; CFA/CPA desirable
